When is the Anniversary Sale?
Our online sale runs September 19–23. Our HQ event runs September 19–20 — come celebrate with us in person!
Where is the HQ event, and what are the hours?
Our HQ event will be held at:
16839 Gale Ave, City of Industry, CA 91745
Event hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time on both 9/19 and 9/20.
What is Pro Pass?
Pro Pass gives you access to exclusive products you won't find anywhere else on apresnail.com — including the Mini Nova and select marketplace exclusives. If you're eligible for HQ event pre-order, you're eligible for Pro Pass too. Discounts don't stack: if an item's Anniversary Sale discount is higher than the standard 10% Pro Pass discount, you'll automatically get the higher discount rate instead. Please note: Pro Pass is only available on apresnail.com and won't apply at our in-person HQ event — pricing there will reflect our Anniversary Sale discounts only.
What's the Golden Ticket?
A little Anniversary magic at our HQ event — 3 Golden Tickets will be given out as scratch-offs at checkout. If you get one, we'll let you know how to claim your prize on the spot!
How do I earn loyalty points?
You can earn loyalty points on purchases made on apresnail.com or at our in-person HQ event on 9/19–9/20. For in-person purchases, your receipt will include a QR code (or link) provided at checkout — simply use it to fill in your information, and your points will be added to your active Aprés Nail account. Please note: point requests submitted more than 30 business days after the in-person event will not be eligible.
Can I use my loyalty points during the Anniversary Sale?
Yes! You can redeem your loyalty points toward online orders placed on apresnail.com during the Anniversary Sale. Redemption isn't available for in-person purchases at the HQ event — but as noted above, you can still earn points on anything you buy there.
I pre-ordered for pickup — what if I can't make it on 9/19?
Pre-orders are for pickup only at our HQ in City of Industry, CA — we're not able to ship pre-order items. Your card isn't charged when you place the order; payment is processed when you pick it up in person. Pickup must happen on 9/19 — this will not be extended into the 9/20 event day. If you don't pick up your order by end of day on 9/19, it will be automatically canceled and you won't be charged. All pre-order sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or order changes once purchased. If you know ahead of time you might miss pickup, reach out to Customer Service and we'll help however we can.
What can I do at the HQ event?
- Build your own custom bag charm at our Charm Bar, while supplies last
- Snap photos at our oversized Aprés photo moment
- Cool off with a complimentary drink from our vendor
Anything I should know before I come to the HQ event?
It'll be warm out (think mid-to-high 80s), so dress for the sun. Parking at HQ is limited, so we recommend rideshare to get there.
What's the return/exchange policy for Anniversary Sale purchases?
All Anniversary Sale purchases — including online orders, pre-orders, and purchases made at our in-person HQ event on 9/19–9/20 — are final sale. We're not able to offer returns or exchanges on these items.
