Does Aprés Key include free shipping?
Yes—members receive free standard shipping on domestic orders. Free shipping does not apply to express or international orders, and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Additional terms and exclusions may apply.
What is Pro Pass access?
Pro Pass gives you access to a private shopping page with exclusive discounts on select professional products and essentials.
What does early access mean?
Members can shop select launches and limited drops before they are available to the general public.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Subscriptions are not prorated for time already used, and your Aprés Key benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation.
How do I cancel my Aprés Key membership?
You can cancel your Aprés Key membership directly from your account at any time:
- Sign in to your Aprés account at apresnail.com/profile/apres-key.
- Open the "Subscriptions" tab.
- Select the "Monthly Subscription" listed under "Active."
- Click "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the page.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. If you're unable to locate the cancellation option in your account, you can also reach out to our Customer Care team at [email protected] or (626) 581-1894 before your billing date, and we'll process the cancellation for you.
What happens to my benefits after I cancel?
Your Aprés Key benefits (free shipping, Pro Pass access, and early access) remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, even after cancellation. You will not be charged again once canceled.
Is Aprés Key the same as Aprés Restock?
No—Aprés Key is a membership program, while Aprés Restock is a subscription service for recurring product deliveries.
Can I combine Aprés Key with the Aprés Perks program?
Aprés Key benefits may not be combined with certain loyalty rewards or promotions. The best available offer will apply.
