When applied correctly, our Gel-X® Tips boast a longevity of 3-4 weeks. Achieving optimal results requires attention to several key factors, coupled with practice.

First and foremost, meticulous preparation of the natural nail is essential, ensuring thorough cleanliness in the cuticle area.

Secondly, selecting the appropriate sizes for each nail is imperative. It's crucial to ensure that the Gel-X® Tip comfortably spans the natural nail from end to end. Attempting to force a tip to fit by excessive pressure risks premature detachment within a day or two. Conversely, choosing a size too small and pressing down excessively can lead to discomfort and pinching.

Should any damage occur upon tip removal, it's advisable to allow the nails a period of rest for approximately a month before considering practice application on a limited scale.

Thirdly, individuals with flatter natural nails may encounter greater spacing between the natural nail and the tips. In such cases, additional Extend Gel may be necessary to fill the gap adequately. However, caution must be exercised to prevent excess Extend Gel from seeping onto the skin, which could potentially trigger a skin reaction. If seepage occurs, promptly remove the excess gel before curing.
