Why was the Pro application removed?

As of March 1, 2026, we’ve removed our Pro application while we refresh and improve our loyalty experience. Our updated loyalty program launches on April 15, 2026, and we’ll share full details then.


Can I still apply for Pro?

No. The Pro application is no longer available as of 3/1/26.
The next opportunity to access loyalty benefits will be through our updated program launching on 4/15/26.


I applied before March 1, 2026. What happens to my application?

If you submitted your application before 3/1/26, please refer to the applicable update below:

Option A (if reviewing past submissions):
If you applied before 3/1/26, you’re all set—our team will continue reviewing submissions already received.

Option B (if not reviewing past submissions):
If you applied before 3/1/26, we’ve paused reviews as we transition to the new program launching on 4/15/26.

We’ll share the updated path and benefits when the refreshed loyalty program launches.


I was already approved for Pro. Will I lose my status?

If you currently have Pro status, you can continue shopping as usual while we transition. We’ll share how the updated loyalty program will work at launch on 4/15/26.


Are my perks, discounts, or benefits going away?

We’re updating our loyalty program, so some benefits may change. We’ll share full details of what’s included in the refreshed program when it launches on 4/15/26.


What will the new loyalty program include?

We’re not sharing the full breakdown just yet. The refreshed program launches on 4/15/26, and we’ll post all benefits and program details at that time.


Will there still be a Pro tier?

The Pro application was removed as of 3/1/26 as part of our loyalty refresh. We’ll share the updated program structure when the new loyalty program launches on 4/15/26.


Why wasn’t I notified?

We understand this may come as a surprise. As of 3/1/26, the Pro application was removed while we prepare for the loyalty relaunch on 4/15/26. We recommend keeping an eye on our official channels so you don’t miss launch details.


Can you make an exception and let me apply?

At this time, we’re not able to accept Pro applications after 3/1/26. The good news is that our updated loyalty program launches on 4/15/26, which will be the next opportunity to access benefits.


What should I do right now?

Nothing! You can continue shopping as usual. Keep an eye out for our loyalty relaunch on 4/15/26, where we’ll share full program details.


Will my points, account, or order history be affected?

No. Your shopping experience will not change right now. The Pro application removal does not affect placing orders, and your points will not be impacted. In fact, the refreshed program will introduce additional perks within the new tier structure.


Was I rejected? Is this because of something I did?

Not at all. This change is happening for everyone as part of our loyalty program refresh. The Pro application was removed on 3/1/26 while we prepare for the new program launch on 4/15/26.


What time will the new loyalty program launch on April 15?

We’re targeting 4/15/26 for launch. If a specific launch time is announced, it will be shared through our official updates.


When does everything officially change?

The Pro application was removed on March 1, 2026.
The refreshed loyalty program officially launches on April 15, 2026.
