Through Customer Service:</strong> Contact us at <a href="mailto:support@apresnail.com">support@apresnail.com</a>. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation. If you don&apos;t have your order number, please provide your email address, full name, or the last 4 digits of the card used.</p><p><strong>Note:</strong> Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or stop the shipment.</p><p>Our Customer Service team is available Monday&#x2013;Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST).</p><h3 id="order-placed">How do I know if my order was placed?</h3><p>After successfully checking out, you&apos;ll receive a 6-digit order number and a confirmation email at the email address used to place your order.</p><p><strong>For Apple Pay users:</strong> Your confirmation will be sent to the email linked to your iCloud account. Accounts registered with different emails cannot be merged.</p><h3 id="sale-pricing">Sale &amp; Promotion Pricing Policy</h3><p>All orders must be placed during the active sale or promotion period to qualify for discounted pricing or promotional free items. Orders submitted before or after the designated timeframe are not eligible for retroactive adjustments.</p><p>This includes:</p><ul><li>Requests to apply sale prices or promotional free gifts after an order is placed</li><li>Orders submitted minutes before or after a sale or promotion begins or ends</li><li>Missed discount codes or promotional entries at checkout</li></ul><p>Please ensure all discounts, codes, and promotional items are correctly applied and visible in your cart before completing checkout. We are unable to modify or honor sale or promotional pricing outside of the valid promotional window.</p><h3 id="promo-items">Are promotional or limited-edition items guaranteed?</h3><p>Promotional and limited-edition items are offered on a while-supplies-last basis and are subject to availability. While we make every effort to include advertised promotional items with qualifying orders, availability cannot be guaranteed due to limited quantities and inventory fluctuations. We reserve the right to substitute, modify, or discontinue promotional or limited-edition items at any time in order to manage inventory and ensure an overall positive customer experience. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.</p><h2 id="restock-and-key">Apr&#xE9;s Restock &amp; Apr&#xE9;s Key Subscriptions</h2><p>Apr&#xE9;s Nail offers two recurring-charge programs: <strong>Apr&#xE9;s Restock</strong>, a subscription for recurring product deliveries, and <strong>Apr&#xE9;s Key</strong>, a paid membership for perks and access. They are separate programs with different pricing and cancellation terms, and each is covered below.</p><h3 id="authorization">Authorization to Charge</h3><p>By enrolling in Apr&#xE9;s Restock or Apr&#xE9;s Key at checkout, you expressly authorize Apr&#xE9;s Nail to automatically charge the payment method provided on a recurring basis, at the frequency and price shown at signup, until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms below. You must affirmatively accept this authorization (for example, by checkbox or equivalent confirmation) at checkout before the first charge is processed.</p><ul><li><strong>Before you purchase:</strong> The checkout flow will tell you that the selection is a recurring subscription or membership, the charge amount, the billing frequency, the cancellation terms and method, and Apr&#xE9;s Nail&apos;s Customer Service contact information, plus, if applicable, the amount and timing of the first charge after a free trial.</li><li><strong>After you enroll:</strong> You&apos;ll receive a signup/order confirmation email restating that the purchase is a recurring charge, along with the charge amount, billing frequency, cancellation terms and method, and, if applicable, the amount and timing of the first charge after a free trial.</li><li><strong>If the recurring fee changes:</strong> We will notify you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new fee takes effect, stating the new fee and its effective date.</li><li><strong>Annual reminder:</strong> Once a year, we&apos;ll send you a reminder identifying the applicable product or service, the frequency and amount of any recurring charges, and how to cancel.</li></ul><h3 id="apres-restock">Apr&#xE9;s Restock (Product Subscriptions)</h3><p>Apr&#xE9;s Restock lets you receive your favorite Apr&#xE9;s Nail products automatically on a set schedule. Subscriptions are managed through our subscription platform, Recharge.</p><h4 id="restock-pricing">Pricing</h4><ul><li>Your subscription price is locked in at the price you originally subscribed at. Recharge does not automatically update your subscription price if the product&apos;s price changes.</li><li>Your price will adjust to the current product price only if you request a change that affects pricing, such as changing your delivery frequency. The updated price will be disclosed before the change is completed.</li><li>Otherwise, you will not see unexpected price increases or decreases on your existing subscription.</li></ul><h4 id="restock-billing">Delivery Frequency &amp; Billing</h4><ul><li>Choose delivery every 30, 60, or 90 days. You&apos;re charged on that schedule, starting from your initial order.</li><li>You can change your delivery frequency, skip an upcoming order, or cancel at any time. There is no minimum commitment.</li><li>Products cannot be swapped within an existing subscription.</li><li>Apr&#xE9;s Restock accepts the payment methods available at checkout on apresnail.com.</li><li>If a payment is declined, we may retry the charge and will notify you with instructions to update your payment method or cancel your subscription.</li></ul><h4 id="restock-cancel">Managing or Canceling Your Subscription</h4><p><strong>1. Self-Service:</strong> Log into your account and go to <strong>Profile &gt; Apr&#xE9;s Restock &gt; Manage Subscription</strong>. The Recharge portal lets you view your subscriptions, upcoming orders, order history, and account information, and make changes or cancel directly.</p><p><strong>2. Through Customer Service:</strong> Contact us at <a href="mailto:support@apresnail.com">support@apresnail.com</a>. Please include your order number and the change you&apos;d like (for example, a new delivery frequency or a cancellation). If you don&apos;t have your order number, please provide your email address, full name, or the last 4 digits of the card used.</p><p><strong>Cancellation deadline:</strong> To avoid your next scheduled charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. If you cancel after this deadline and the charge has already been processed, that order will not be canceled or refunded. Canceling stops all future recurring charges.</p><h4 id="restock-shipping">Shipping</h4><ul><li>The shipping method and shipping charge for your Apr&#xE9;s Restock order are displayed at checkout before you enroll.</li><li>Apr&#xE9;s Key members get free standard shipping on domestic Apr&#xE9;s Restock orders, with no minimum purchase.</li><li>Members of the Gel Experts or Apr&#xE9;s Artist loyalty tiers also qualify for free shipping, independent of an Apr&#xE9;s Key membership.</li></ul><h4 id="restock-out-of-stock">Out-of-Stock Items</h4><ul><li>Stock is checked before your order is charged. If an item is unavailable, you won&apos;t be charged; the charge is retried automatically until the item is back in stock.</li><li>If your subscription includes multiple items and one is out of stock, the entire order is held. We don&apos;t send partial shipments.</li><li>Your subscription stays active. You won&apos;t be unsubscribed because an item is out of stock.</li></ul><h4 id="restock-returns">Returns</h4><p>Subscription shipments can be returned within 30 days under our standard Returns &amp; Refunds Terms &amp; Conditions.</p><h4 id="restock-rewards">Apr&#xE9;s Perks Rewards</h4><ul><li>Subscription purchases earn Apr&#xE9;s Perks points, just like standard purchases.</li><li>Apr&#xE9;s Perks points cannot be redeemed (applied as a discount) on subscription orders.</li></ul><h3 id="apres-key">Apr&#xE9;s Key (Membership)</h3><p>Apr&#xE9;s Key is a paid membership, not a product subscription. Because it&apos;s a recurring service fee rather than a recurring product shipment, its pricing and cancellation terms work differently from Apr&#xE9;s Restock.</p><h4 id="key-benefits">Membership Benefits</h4><ul><li><strong>Free standard shipping</strong> on domestic orders, with no minimum purchase. This benefit does not apply to express or international orders and is subject to applicable terms and exclusions.</li><li><strong>Pro Pass access:</strong> A private shopping page with exclusive discounts on select professional products and essentials.</li><li><strong>Early access</strong> to select launches and limited drops before they&apos;re available to the general public.</li><li><strong>Apr&#xE9;s Restock discount:</strong> Apr&#xE9;s Restock subscription pricing at 5% off your Pro Pass price, stacked on top of the Pro Pass rate.</li></ul><h4 id="key-billing">Pricing, Free Trial &amp; Billing</h4><ul><li>Apr&#xE9;s Key is currently offered as a month-to-month plan at $19.99/month, plus applicable taxes.</li><li>Your billing cycle is set at the time of your initial purchase, based on the purchase date and whether you selected the 14-day free trial. It cannot be changed once set.</li><li>If you select the 14-day free trial, all membership benefits begin immediately and remain available during the trial.</li><li>Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial converts to a paid membership at $19.99/month plus applicable taxes, beginning on the date disclosed at checkout and in your signup confirmation. Your membership then renews monthly until canceled.</li><li>Apr&#xE9;s Key is purchased as an order, so it accepts the same payment methods available at checkout on apresnail.com.</li><li>If a membership payment fails, you lose access to Apr&#xE9;s Key benefits.</li></ul><h4 id="key-cancel">Canceling Your Membership</h4><p>Log into your account and go to <strong>Profile &gt; Apr&#xE9;s Key &gt; Edit My Subscription &gt; Cancel Apr&#xE9;s Key Membership</strong>.</p><p><strong>Cancellation deadline:</strong> To avoid your next scheduled charge, cancel at least [X] days before your next billing date. If you cancel after this deadline and the charge has already been processed, the fee will not be refunded or prorated, and your membership benefits will remain available through the end of the current billing period.</p><p>You can reactivate a canceled membership from the same page after accepting the then-current price and recurring-charge terms.</p><h4 id="key-other-programs">How Apr&#xE9;s Key Works with Other Programs</h4><ul><li>Apr&#xE9;s Key and Apr&#xE9;s Restock are separate programs. The continuation of benefits through the end of the billing period after cancellation applies only to Apr&#xE9;s Key, not Apr&#xE9;s Restock.</li><li>Except for the Apr&#xE9;s Restock discount above, Apr&#xE9;s Key benefits may not be combined with certain Apr&#xE9;s Perks loyalty rewards or promotions.
