Products that are defective or malfunctioning after normal use are covered under our warranty policy. Eligible items must be registered within 30 days of receipt to qualify.</p><p><strong>Note:</strong> At this time, we are unable to offer warranty coverage or repair services to international customers (i.e., customers located outside the United States). Warranty coverage is currently limited to U.S. customers only.</p><h3 id="which-products-are-covered-under-the-standard-1-year-limited-warranty">Which products are covered under the standard 1-Year Limited Warranty?</h3><p>The following items are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase under our standard warranty:</p><ul><li>Apr&#xE9;s Aer Gel Head</li><li>Aer Gel Machine</li><li>Dust Collector</li><li>Beta Lamp</li><li>Alpha Lamp</li><li>Nova Lamp</li><li>E-File</li></ul><p><strong>Exception:</strong> The Omni Light is covered under a 3-month (90-day) limited warranty from the date of purchase.</p><p>This warranty includes:</p><ul><li>Coverage for manufacturing defects under normal, intended use</li><li>Free repair or replacement (at our discretion) of qualifying issues</li><li>Repairs handled through our Authorized Repair Center after 30 days of purchase</li></ul><h3 id="what-does-the-warranty-not-cover">What does the warranty not cover?</h3><p>The warranty does not cover:</p><ul><li>Misuse, neglect, or abuse</li><li>Damage from self-troubleshooting</li><li>Altered, tampered, modified, or unauthorized repairs</li><li>Removal of product labels</li><li>Commercial wear and tear beyond standard expectations</li><li>Improper installation or use not aligned with product instructions</li><li><strong>Any devices purchased through Amazon.</strong> We do not offer warranty or repair services for items sold via Amazon.</li><li><strong>Orders shipped to or purchased from outside the United States.</strong> We do not currently offer warranty or repair services for international customers.</li></ul><h3 id="is-my-warranty-valid-regardless-of-where-i-purchased-the-product">Is my warranty valid regardless of where I purchased the product?</h3><p><strong>No. Warranty coverage is only valid when the product is purchased from an authorized distributor or retailer.</strong> Additionally, the product must be registered immediately upon purchase in order for the warranty to apply.</p><p>Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, or that are not registered promptly after purchase, are not eligible for warranty coverage or repair services.</p><h3 id="how-do-i-make-a-warranty-claim">How do I make a warranty claim?</h3><p>If your device is covered under warranty, submit a <a href="#">Repair Request Form</a>.</p><p>You may be asked to provide:</p><ul><li>Your order number or purchase receipt</li><li>Photos or video of the issue for faster assessment</li></ul><p>All claims must go through our Authorized Repair Center before refunds, replacements, or returns are approved.</p><h3 id="how-long-does-it-take-to-resolve-a-warranty-claim">How long does it take to resolve a warranty claim?</h3><p>Each claim is reviewed case by case. Repairs are typically completed within 7&#x2013;10 business days once the product is received.</p><ul><li>Customers must provide proof of registration and product purchase.</li><li>Photo or video proof of the issue is required before sending the product in.</li></ul><h3 id="what-if-my-item-is-out-of-warranty">What if my item is out of warranty?</h3><p>Items outside the standard 1-year warranty can still be repaired through our Authorized Repair Center.</p><p><strong>Shipping costs:</strong></p><ul><li>Customers are responsible for shipping their product to our repair center.</li><li>We recommend purchasing shipping labels through FedEx, UPS, or USPS.</li></ul><p><strong>Repair costs:</strong> Repair pricing will vary depending on the issue. For an exact cost breakdown, please contact our Authorized Repair Center directly. If repair costs are determined to be extensive, our team may recommend purchasing a new product so you can benefit from a fresh warranty.</p><p><em>Note: Out-of-warranty repairs do not come with a new warranty.</em></p><h3 id="do-i-have-to-return-a-defective-or-damaged-item">Do I have to return a defective or damaged item?</h3><p>Yes, in most cases.
