At Aprés Nail, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Below are our guidelines for processing returns:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
- A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all accepted returns.
- All bottled and potted products are non-returnable for hygiene and quality control reasons. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Extend Gels
- Gel Couleurs
- pH Bonder, Gel-X Prep, etc.
Since we cannot verify whether these products have been used, all sales of bottled and potted products are final.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your customer account.
- Go to order history.
- Select the order number you wish to initiate a return for.
- Select all items you wish to return.
- Provide any comments as to why you are returning.
- Upload a photo if items are being returned.
- Submit the return request.
Allow 1 to 2 business days for a response if your return has been approved or denied. Once approved, customers will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
All accepted returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 5% of the order value, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Defective or Malfunctioning Products
If a product is found to be defective or malfunctions after use, this falls under our warranty policy, and our Customer Service Team will assist you in resolving the issue. Please reach out to [email protected] for further assistance.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees and the 5% restocking fee are non-refundable.
International Orders
For international orders, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee after a return has been processed and approved.
