Because these products are made in limited quantities, all limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. </span></p><h2 id="eligibility-for-returns"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>Eligibility for Returns</strong></span></h2><ul><li>Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.</li><li>The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.</li><li>A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all accepted returns.</li><li>All bottled and potted products are non-returnable for hygiene and quality control reasons. This includes, but is not limited to:<ul><li>Extend Gels</li><li>Gel Couleurs</li><li>pH Bonder, Gel-X Prep, etc.</li></ul></li></ul><p>Since we cannot verify whether these products have been used, all sales of bottled and potted products are final.</p><h2 id="inspection--ineligible-returns"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>Inspection &amp; Ineligible Returns</strong></span></h2><p>All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If items are deemed ineligible for return (e.g., opened, used, damaged, or not in original condition), Apr&#xE9;s Nail will return the products to the customer as-is.</p><h2 id="how-to-initiate-a-return"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>How to Initiate a Return</strong></span></h2><ol><li>Log into your customer account.</li><li>Go to order history.</li><li>Select the order number you wish to initiate a return for.</li><li>Select all items you wish to return.</li><li>Provide any comments as to why you are returning.</li><li>Upload a photo if items are being returned.</li><li>Submit the return request.</li></ol><p>Allow 1 to 2 business days for a response if your return has been approved or denied. Once approved, customers will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.</p><h2 id="restocking-fee"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>Restocking Fee</strong></span></h2><p>All accepted returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 5% of the order value, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.</p><h2 id="defective-or-malfunctioning-products"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>Defective or Malfunctioning Products</strong></span></h2><p>If a product is found to be defective or malfunctions after use, this falls under our warranty policy, and our Customer Service Team will assist you in resolving the issue.
