This includes, but is not limited to:<ul><li>Extend Gels</li><li>Gel Couleurs</li><li>pH Bonder, Gel-X Prep, etc.</li></ul></li></ul><p>Since we cannot verify whether these products have been used, all sales of bottled and potted products are final.</p><h2 id="how-to-initiate-a-return">How to Initiate a Return</h2><ol><li>Log into your customer account.</li><li>Go to order history.</li><li>Select the order number you wish to initiate a return for.</li><li>Select all items you wish to return.</li><li>Provide any comments as to why you are returning.</li><li>Upload a photo if items are being returned.</li><li>Submit the return request.</li></ol><p>Allow 1 to 2 business days for a response if your return has been approved or denied. Once approved, customers will receive return instructions.
