The tracking link says my package was delivered but I did not receive it, what should I do?Updated 5 months ago

Shipping carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they are actually dropped off. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and around your property to ensure the package is not in a secure location.

Since the package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we will need to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Please allow 48 hours from the delivery notification for the claim to be processed. 

Once the claim has been investigated and approved, we can proceed with the next steps.
