The tracking link says my package was delivered but I did not receive it, what should I do?Updated 21 days ago
Occasionally, shipping carriers may mark a package as “delivered” before it has actually arrived. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or around your property (including mailboxes, porches, and side entrances) to see if the package was left in a secure location.
If your package still hasn’t arrived, please wait 48 hours from the time of the delivery notification. During this time, carriers often complete delivery within that window or update tracking information.
If the package does not arrive within 48 hours, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and, once the claim is processed, we will issue a replacement order. Please note: orders marked as delivered but not received are eligible for a replacement only—not a refund.
