Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.</p><h3 id="how-can-i-track-my-order">How can I track my order?</h3><p>Once your order ships, you&apos;ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier&apos;s page, so you can follow your package&apos;s journey. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to become active for domestic orders.</p><h3 id="what-should-i-do-if-my-order-is-delayed">What should I do if my order is delayed?</h3><p>Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we&apos;ll be happy to assist.</p><h3 id="do-you-offer-free-shipping">Do you offer free shipping?</h3><p>Yes! We provide free Standard Economy Shipping for all domestic U.S. orders of $79 or more (before taxes).</p><p><em>Excludes shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Free shipping is not available for international orders.</em></p><h3 id="do-you-ship-to-hawaii-puerto-rico-and-alaska">Do you ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska?</h3><p>Yes, but only via Standard Economy Shipping.</p><p><strong>Please note:</strong> Hazardous goods (pH Bonder, Primer, etc.) and electronics cannot be shipped to these locations.</p><h3 id="do-you-ship-internationally">Do you ship internationally?</h3><p>Yes, we ship worldwide.</p><ul><li><strong>Standard International Shipping:</strong> 15&#x2013;30 business days.</li><li><strong>Express International Shipping:</strong> Not available.</li><li><strong>Restricted Items:</strong> pH Bonder, Primer, Gel-X Kits, Dilution Fluid, Blending Fluid, and electronics cannot be shipped overseas.</li><li><strong>Duties &amp; Taxes:</strong> These are included in shipping fees except when using UPS Mail Innovations. If you select this option, you are responsible for duties and taxes at delivery.</li></ul><h3 id="my-tracking-shows-delivered-but-i-havent-received-my-package-what-should-i-do">My tracking shows &quot;Delivered,&quot; but I haven&apos;t received my package. What should I do?</h3><ol><li>Check with household members, neighbors, or around your property (mailbox, porch, side entrance).</li><li>Wait 48 hours. Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered before it arrives.</li><li>If it still hasn&apos;t arrived after 48 hours, contact our Customer Service team at <a href="mailto:support@apresnail.com">support@apresnail.com</a>.</li></ol><p><em>Orders marked as delivered but not received are eligible for a replacement only (not a refund). For any replacement orders issued, we do not authorize returns.</em></p><h3 id="what-if-my-package-is-lost-damaged-or-incorrect">What if my package is lost, damaged, or incorrect?</h3><p>We value quality and want you to be satisfied with your order.
